After 25 years as a mechanical engineer specializing in reliability engineering for facilities, I've spent my career not just maintaining systems, but actively developing tools and optimizing processes to solve real operational challenges. Throughout this time, I've consistently focused on integrating emerging technologies into business workflows—learning firsthand what separates transformative solutions from expensive disappointments.
